  I walked in to told the guy with glasses all I want is my screen replaced, do you fix iphone 6 around 12pm . He first asked me what exactly did I do to it? That's awkward and none of his business first of all. I was in there for 15 min while he literally took forever examining it. Told the guy I do not care about the functionality of the phone after the screen gets replaced that's all I want done to it. This company also asked me for my password! To check the functionality of it after it's fixed. After asking me my password he then starts talking about my frame of my phone. I also had to wait SIX HOURS until 6:30pm FOR MY SCREEEN TO GET REPLACED. I told him "look" all i want is my screen replaced that's it like i ASKED BEFORE more than once. He took my phone handed it back and told me I should go to Mister Battery where my buddy works lol must have been the owner. I went to Mister Battery they did not ask for my password, and did not try to add on more things to my bill just like alot of car shops try to do. Mister Battery also had my screen replaced in two hours not even and did not ask anything personal or extra they just simply did what I asked for people....Do not go to Batteries Plus guy with the snarly look with glasses is terrible customer service.
