  Nick did a wonderful job!!! I bump 2 stars off because AT&T won't stand behind the products they sell. 1st phone barely lasted 1 year, I had 17 Days left of warranty. The replacement phone didn't last 6 months!!! Both times, thee exact same software issue that bricks the phone!!! LG has lost a fan/ customer as well because of this.
