  Our team of cleaners for our carpets and couch were Steven and Sean. They were professional, thorough and efficient in their cleaning. Additionally, they kept us informed of what process they were using, what to do after they were gone and what to expect. They had a tough job as we had battled problems with an old dog for over a year. Stanley Steemer cleaned our carpets one week ago and everything we were told to expect has happened. One carpet will never be perfect but it is so much better now. Thank you, Steven and Sean and Stanley Steemer.

  Had Stanley Steamer come and the carpets looked good when they left. Once dried we realized none of the stains had come out. A friend brought over a spray that she bought at Walmart and now the stains are gone. I will never use SS again, waste of money!
