  I brought in a large bag of clothes to donate today and the first thing the lady with jet black hair and penciled on eyebrows said to me was, “wait let me see what you have first” while feverishly trying to go through the bag. After explaining to her twice that I had to go move my car from it’s current location to an actual parking space, I went to park the car and returned inside to browse. Within moments of re-entering, I had this funny feeling that someone was looking at me so I looked up to see a short statued older caucasian woman with yellow hair peeking at me through the clothing rack. She immediately looked away once we made eye contact and I carried on initially thinking it was coincidental. She then proceeded to follow me around the WHOLE store for at least 15-20 mins to the point where I made it a game of cat and mouse and purposely went out of my way to other locations in the shop just to see how long it would take her to catch up. Sure enough she made her way there and pretended to be looking at clothes and rearranging the already organized rack. This lady even came right next to me at one point and nearly reached in front of me to get a hanger. I caught her looking around for me when I whipped around and went to a clothing rack behind her and peeked through like she did to me. I instantly went on the opposite side of the store and she followed me but proceeded to keep walking past and went to whisper something to the lady with the penciled on eyebrows. Now at this point the older lady stays up front and the lady with the penciled on eyebrows walks right behind me and blantanly looks down into my coat pocket (which contained my phone and keys). Then she proceeded to walk to a section near me to act like she was “looking” at something while strategically placing her hand on her chin as in deep thought. By this time I became fed up and put my item back and requested my donation receipt and told the lady with the penciled eyebrows that her peer has been relentlessly watching and following me the whole time, how this was unacceptable and unprofessional and then I proceeded to dig in the pocket she blantanly looked inside of and retrieved the phone and keys while stating, “and by the way, it’s only a phone and my car keys in my pocket” She only shook her head yes but remained silent the whole time. She did not offer an apology or explanation as to why they decided to follow and watch me (the same person who just dropped of a large donation bag). I will be sharing my experience on my social media platforms and will no longer patronize the Soujourn shop.
