  We are so disappointed! My wife spending more then an hour here and took a lot of x rays (a lot of radiations). We are new immigrant just move in Springfield half a year, so far no dentist ask us to go to see another one. This is the worst dentist I've ever met, avoid trouble case. Keep telling us to pull all the tooth even it has chances to keep it (because it is difficult to fix it). Of course we went to another more better and professional dentist. The other dentist said it is a bit difficult but NO PROBLEM.
  One more thing. When we were waiting, I over-heard a guy is doing a refund. I don't know what had happened but be careful folks!

  I really like this dentist office. Both Dr. Park and his assistant Kim are so patient. I have two children 15 and 8, and they were both afraid. Dr. Park took his time and explained what he would be doing and gave them time to prepare. Kim was so awesome, she made them laugh and even let them hold her hand and squeeze if it hurt. This is really a great office for kids.
