  I have used this location for a few months while I waited for a repaired or replaced home machine. During this time, it was clean and fully operational. Then it became dirty, many machines not working, the change machine continually empty or broken. I called the "800" # on a sign inside. The machines started to be fixed and the place became clean again. Now my problem is missing a couple socks. I tried calling the listed "312' Chicago number to ask about lost & found box I could search. No answer the 3 tomes I dialed; no VM to leave a message; no options for assistance-nothing. I am also missing two static dryer balls and a bath mat. Those I think we're taken when I had my back turned last week, so I want to view security tapes. Good luck with that. Thankfully I won't need this place after another week. I will hesitate to return if needed; it's more convenient, but it's becoming dirty and broken down again and now theft from dryers ad you are busy folding clothes.
