  This store needs maintained. Slow service with no other cars in line, workers standing talking, popcorn chicken and fries were cold and old tasting. My 2 cones were cups, and we get oops. Ok won't be back to this location.

  We went to Rallys tonight for dinner & the girl at the window was night friendly at all! We ask her if we could add 2 apple pies to our bill & she flat said 'NO'! Then she said i can't do that & she didn't explain why she couldn't & she was rude as hell, plus our food was COLD EVERY BIT OF IT!! This was Rallys in Springfield, Illinois on 710 S. Grand...we ate Rallys in Florida & it was really good plus it was hot...my husband would go get our order & bring it home (it was about a mile from where we were staying & our food order was always right & the food was hot! Rallys didn't impress one bit up here...so I will wait to go back to Rallys in Florida & forget this Rallys...we should've went Kreckles!! There food is really good!!
