  In short:
  good food, great management
  
  In long:
  We ordered online at dinner time to avoid the craziness. When we arrived the line almost reached the door. It was busy. Since we ordered in advance we walked around the line and talked to a worker delivering pizza to a table. We asked where to pick up and he said to go to the register. He went back to making pizza since it was so busy, but not before telling his boss and pointing to us.
  
  Very shortly after the manager asked for our name. Because their printer was broken they were translating all online orders by hand. Because of the printer issue half the order was wrong. They forgot gluten free crust. To solve the problem they made both pizzas fresh so they'd be hot. Shortly after they brought it out. Unfortunately they had forgotten our shark bites :(
  No problem! They made us an expedited batch, and even included a dessert pizza and a $10 gift card.
  
  The manager thanked us many times for waiting on our way out the door. Very well handled. I'd be back in a heartbeat.
