  Never move here. My roommate and I thought it would be a nice and decently priced place to live. Which at first it was, but hit December, our furnace broke. We have had no heat for at least a month! We’ve called numerous times for them to fix, some guy looked at it and that was the last time we’ve seen them. We’ve threatened to get police involved and still nothing. Our electric bill was 416 this month... how? We are paying for a BROKEN furnace! Never ever live here.

  If you love paint peeling from your walls and ceilings, busted appliances and water damage for the price of a decent apartment on the west side of town this is the place to go. Do not consider living here if you don't like to play games or want to live in an apartment where it takes forever for things to get fixed. The owners are stingy and will not get things fixed in a timely manner. Also, they will try to nickle and dime you for hundreds of extra dollars for no reason. For the price they charge for rent it is easier to go over to the west side of town or near the outskirts of town and get a much nicer apartment.
