  SCAM- Sales team is great for taking your money and selling a warranty they dont understand. Bought a table a chairs as a gift from my parents. They sold the replacement "if anything happens, for example a guy brought his back not too long ago with his kids name carved in it. No worries, we got him a replacement and he bought back the table as a keepsake. So anything." I believe it. My mother died in 2015 and at the end of that year had a house guests dog chew on my furniture. I did the warranty paper work once, twice, three times, then called not understanding why I cant get a replacement. My furniture got damaged. The warranty was clearly told to my parents, husband and I so we bought it. Why am I getting denied.
  I called up the store..... the guy that answered was SUPER helpful. "Im sorry that happened. What year was that.... oh my. That was when we didn't know how to sell the warranty. Your not the only one that happened to. Can I have someone call you back.... yes please" 2 months go by with no call back so I called in again and got a really SUPER MANAGER. I tell her the story and ask for help. She said I didn't talk to anyone who would say that and that I was lying, they have the same sales people that have ALWAYS sold the warranty correctly and no they will not replace anything, refund the warranty zero zip. I was crushed that we spent countless hours finding a awesome table and now the only house gift from my dead mother and living father is ruined and the warranty we thought we were buying was a scam.
