  Ok this location is ridiculous at answering the phone or returning calls. The 1 good upsidenis representative EDDY is a great employee and asset to this company he makes you feel like a valued customer. The reason for the 1 star is because of Louisa (apparently the manager) she brings down this location with her attitude and unwillingness to give up on helping customers she spends more time at other rental counters you would think she works for them not National. Hi f Eddy had been there during the day I would have given a 4 star
