  After reading everyone else's comments I wish that I would have read them before I hired her for my wedding. I can only echo everyone else. She never calls you back when you leave messages (which you have to leave because they don't answer the phone). She claims that e-mail is the fastest way but fails to respond to e-mails and says that she "Never Got Them". Obviously a poor excuse and a lie, since she has used it on everyone. It has been a year and a half since my wedding and I have yet to receive everything. I am no longer in the area which I let her know and told her my Mom was taking care of it all. My Mom let me know recently that she hasn't called to let her know about the pictures. My wedding video is horrible, all you hear is wind. She uses numerous excuses and blames the problems on anything and everything but herself. The majority of my wedding photos are overexposed. If you want less stress and nice pictures for your wedding hire someone else. Too much headache!
