  During a routine Fall system check on my furnace today, the technician, Sam Hendricker, found a "gas leak" on a pipe inside the furnace. I was quite pleased that he found & fixed it. I watched with interest as he completed a list of chores, one of which had him crawling inside the furnace with a vacuum and cleaning out years of dust & cat fur. His attention to details and keeping things clean was fantastic. I was amazed that after it was a put back together, it worked! If I had done the job, there would have been left over parts and it no doubt would have run backwards. Anyway, I was very happy with the professional and friendly job he did for me today.
