Worst customer service experience with McDonalds I have ever endured. They screwed up my order (wrong food), I had to wait 20 minutes total to get my food (they served off my food from their screen without putting it into a bag for me), and neither the manager or the person taking my order seemed to realize that I was standing there for a pronlonged period of time, receipt in hand, waiting for my food. The manager was rude and confrontational when I requested my food. I got a free meal card in the end but I will never visit this McDonalds again. There are other McDonalds in Springfield with employees that care about what they do in serving their customers food. Go to a different McDonalds.
