  bug, tick and spider infested apartments. nice locality and the right kind of people but thanks to tardy and inefficient management's mixing pet and non pet units a lot of them now have bug infestation.
  HVAC Unit inside 2 bed units and a window unit on 1 bed units makes it them quite noisy and inefficient leading to high utility bills.
