  If I could give zero stars I would. I was supposed to have a new door for our new refrigerator almost a year ago. I called and called and they just said they would look into it and never called me back. Six months goes by and they call like nothing happened and say they have my door and scheduled two appointments to come fix it. Didn't show for the first one and cancelled for the second. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them since that's who Lowe's uses for warranty repair but I'm filing a complaint with Lowe's about it too. This is the first bad review I've ever left a company online. lve had some bad experiences but nothing like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for appliance repair.
