  Called and gave them my issue over the phone. Guy was super nice told me no problem that should be 1 of 2 things both parts are under $50 but thier minimum is $50 so it would atleast cost that... call 4 days later ... completely different part that is the issues and 250 to fix lol... I can get a better brand new bugger tv for that price ... thanks for making me waste 50 dollars. I know u don't know what the problem is until you look at it but don't basically tell me bc you work on them all the time that it is cheap then take my 50 basically...

  Great Western solved the problem with our TV in a timely, professional manner. The gentleman that picked and brought back our TV up was friendly and on time. Our TV was picked up, fixed and brought back in the same day. The cost was exactly what they quoted us. I'm very happy with the service that we received.
